Annie Amelia Hall was born in 1878 in Bristol, England. Her parents were George and Mary Ann Hall. In 1910, she married Henry George Parsons.
In 1911, Henry and Annie lived at 100 Ashley Down Rd, Horfield, Bristol, with new baby Kathleen.
In 1924, Henry, Annie, Kathleen and Evelyn emigrated to New Zealand, travelling from Southampton to Auckland on the vessel Ionic.
In 1927, Kathleen died from Appendicitis. The bereavement notice from the NZ Herald reads:
PARSONS – On March 12, 1927, at the Auckland Hospital, Kathleen Mary Florence, dearly-beloved eldest daughter of H.G. and A.A. Parsons, of Lovers Lane, Boundary Road, Mount Eden; aged 15 years 11 months. Private interment, 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 1927.
NB: Boundary Road is now Landscape Road. Lovers Lane is now Parau St, Mt Roskill.
