Elizabeth Frazier was born in 1780 in Ninfield, Sussex, England. Her parents were Jasper Frazier and Mary Briant. Two of Elizabeth’s younger siblings, Jasper and Ann, were born in Goudhurst, Kent, and the next two, Martin and Zebulon, were born in Hawkhurst, Kent.
On 27 January 1801, Elizabeth married George Cheesman, at Hawkhurst, Kent.
At the 1861 Census, Elizabeth Cheesman is recorded as living at London Road, Hawkhurst, at age 81. Also living there was her granddaughter Elizabeth Leonard, 13, a scholar.
